PDS (personal data service) voor betere zelfsturing en business modellen

Als ondernemer in arbeidsbemiddeling geloofde ik dat digitale infrastructuur mistte om kandidaten aan het stuur van hun loopbaan te kunnen zetten en een goed business model op te zetten voor markt facilitators.

Met PDS (Personal Data Service) krijgt het individu regie over zijn gegevens. Professionals kunnen connecties leggen met tal van communities die projecten aanbieden. Matching gebeurt vervolgens op basis van rijke en up-to-date data. En een business model voor meer doelgerichte communicatie kan verder ingericht worden.

PDS wordt gekoppeld aan een nutsvoorziening. Het is in belang van elke partij dat gegevens vlot kunnen stromen en dit met duidelijke en heldere afspraken.

Er is nu kans om deel uit te maken van de ontwikkeling van PDS via crowd funding.

Weconomics Foundations and New Organisational Thinking

Regarding to Paul Bessems (founder of WEconomics Foundations): the word “NEVER” in the quote of Oliver Williamson has to be challenged.

The lack of concerns (privacy, work, digitisation, business models, market developments) and collaborative actions in e.g. the market of talent acquisition is a problem. Language has to become available for opening up the conversation. Weconomics Foundations worked on it. A deep understanding of prosperity, organisational models and a digital infrastructure is developed and shared.

Nieuwe Business Modellen

Business modellen voor en rond digitale tools moesten en kunnen anders en beter.
Deels dienen digitale diensten georganiseerd te worden via commons. Enkel via samenwerking kan deze tot stand komen.

Ik wilde met het meeschrijven aan het boek ‘Nieuwe Business Modellen‘ reflecteren over communities voor innovatie in business modellen. Innovatie in business modellen omwille van de ontluikende opportuniteiten van Web 4.0 (met eigendom van privacy data voor mensen omwille van de economische waarde van vrijheid en creativiteit).

November 2013 startte de werkzaamheden voor het boek dat donderdag a.s. zal verschijnen.  En wat weet ik intussen ? Dat het echt bestaat en werkt: nieuwe business modellen, co-creatie processen en bijhorend leiderschap.

Donderdag zal het event voor boeklancering ‘Nieuwe Business Modellen; Samen Werken aan Waardecreatie‘ plaatsvinden.

Via het netwerk van Weconomy, ben ik ook Weconomics op het spoor gekomen.
Met Weconomics komt een volgende fase voor de inrichting van het internet, een infrastructuur dat slimmer samenwerken verder kan opschalen. En ook dat gaat niet zomaar alleen: leren, doen en effectief aanpassen ? – “it takes two to tango”.


We Share

The upcoming web 4.0 infrastructure gives the opportunity to innovate and cooperate with a much higher productivity.

We’ve been pioneering and researching for years now. A long stay at Schumacher College and its “ethos”, incited me to to write business modelling for digital infrastructure and innovation down.
And we share. We share business – and governance models for Web 4.0 components with co-designers. We’ve developed them with 7 design principles for (networked) commons and our values in mind.

The story will unfold by itself. But alertness and decisiveness are required now.

The way the organisation of digital services is set up in these times, will determine the view of a new economy.

Our Story started in 1999

Co:Inpetto is founded in 1999, the days internet was entering the business world. Co:Inpetto worked as a recruitment cabinet for business consultants and IT’ers. We served IT departments of big organisations and some fast growing IT and business consulting companies.

The market of connecting talent to challenges became a problematic market, a market with wicked problems. For candidates and companies services weren’t transparant. High fees were paid and poor quality was delivered. A pointless competition was going on.

I came up with concepts for ‘own your own data’ services in 2005 as a condition for privacy management, better engagement and new business models with stakeholders. I networked towards governments, federations and innovation partners (financiers, clients and other recruitment businesses) and we prototyped.
